Wild pheasants are canny birds. When they’re being hunted, they sometimes sit so tight in cover that the hunter walks right by them just a few steps away. It might take more than one trip through the field to flush them out. As humans, we have faults that we like to keep hidden too. One of them is favoritism. Yet the Bible addresses it clearly.
